Complete a detailed design brief to convey all the relevent information to your Designer about what is required for your project. If you get stuck at any time, fill out the required fields, save the brief and hit the ‘help’ button - one of our agents will assist you as soon as possible.

CHOOSE A DESIGNER

Browse through our network of Designers to find the best one for your brief. If you need help choosing, Latitude will make relevant recommendations for you. Invite Designers to ask questions about your design brief then submit a fee quotation for review. There is no limit to the number of Designers you may contact to discuss your project brief - and your confidentiality is ensured - all of our Designers sign an NDA to insure your ideas remain yours. Based on this, select the strongest Designer to work with.

NEGOTIATE A QUOTE

Agree on the cost, exact deliverables, time-frame and how many rounds of revisions you need within the scope of work. Once you and your Designer agree on this project scope and the cost, pay for your project and your Designer will be notified to start designing. Latitude will pay your Designer once you are happy with the work and have signed off on all project deliverables.

When you recieve your initial design, annotate it with comments to make any desired changes clear. Our clever online tools make it possible for you to collaborate in real-time with your Designer. These tools include:

TRACK REVISIONS

Keep track of your project in your project dashboard. Choose to follow our recommended project cycle of one initial design and two refinements or work out a project flow that works best for you and your Designer. If you require additional refinements than initially agreed in the brief, you can always re-negotiate and pay for this at a later stage based on the hourly rate of your Designer.

HANDOVER

HANDOVER & DELIVERY

Request final files at any stage in the project and The Designer will prepare and upload all relevant files and assets to Latitude. Both parties will then be required to sign The Copyright Transfer Agreement to complete the transfer of copyright from The Designer to The Client. When the files have been downloaded successfully, mark your project complete to release payment to your Designer.
